Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using LOADOUT ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License
The App is provided by Takashi Kajihara ("the Developer"). You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own photo and video production planning.
Pre-Release Software
LOADOUT may be provided as pre-release or in-development software. Features, behavior, and availability may change without notice, and the App may contain errors or incomplete functionality.
User Responsibility
LOADOUT is a planning and review aid. It does not guarantee that your equipment setup is complete or correct. You remain solely responsible for verifying your actual gear, connections, and settings before any shoot.
No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including but not limited to missing equipment, failed shoots, lost data, or lost business.
Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by the Developer and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
Changes to These Terms
The Developer may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
